Mariana do Rocim is an elegant, exuberant, fruity and aromatically rich red wine. It displays aromas of ripe red fruits, with hints of rockrose and balsamic notes that give it complex aromas that are very well integrated alongside fine tannins and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Mariana do Rocim is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouchet, and Trincadeira planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels for 6 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Mariana do Rocim is a very aromatically rich red wine, elegant in structure and very refined as a whole. It presents intense aromas of ripe red fruits, vegetal touches and balsamic notes along with a very delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
